Paleo Food List
If you're new to the paleo approach to eating, it helps to have a list of all of the wonderful foods you can enjoy instead of the foods you're now forgoing. 

Meat
Sustainably raised, grass-fed or pastured beef, lamb, and pork
Organ meats, such as liver, kidney, brains
Cured meat, such as bacon, prosciutto, and all-beef hot dogs

Poultry
Free range duck, turkey, and chicken 

Seafood

Wild fish
Shellfish

Eggs
Free-range/pastured chicken, duck, and quail eggs 

Vegetables
All non-starchy vegetables
Sweet potatoes

Fruit
Preferably low-sugar fruits
Coconut
Avocado

All except peanuts (technically a legume)
